SLN Helpdesk
Regular Operating Hours are:

 

Monday through Thursday - 8am to 9pm EST
Friday - 8am to 5pm EST

Saturday - 1pm to 5pm

Sunday - 1pm to 9pm

 


EMAIL: You can send an email 24 Hours per day, 7 days per week to HelpDesk@SLN.suny.edu.

When contacting the SLN HelpDesk, please provide the following information:

-Your name and the name of your college.
-The name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
-The name and version number of your web browser software.
-Your computer's operating system.
-For inquiries related to assignment submission, provide the name of your word processing software or other software being used to create the assignment, (i.e., Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
-Description of the technical problem and the SLN web site page that you are using. For inquiries related to a course, include the course title and code, the name of the SUNY college offering the course, and the professor's name. If you do not have this information, you may find it on the Courses
page.

When the office is closed on a weekend or for a holiday, you can contact us by sending an email to Helpdesk@SLN.suny.edu.


Disabling Spam Blockers
