Where do you turn for questions about registration, degree requirements, financial aid, tutoring and other student supports when you are taking your courses online? Open SUNY’s concierge model is designed for online students to have a direct point of reference to help answer these common questions, to guide your academic career, and to connect you to the rich student campus life.
Each campus will call their point of reference a concierge, advisor or mentor, and in some cases, provide online students both a concierge and an advisor or mentor. The intended purpose of providing a one point of contact is to ensure online students have support while navigating the asynchronous online and hybrid learning environments.
